E-Mail Forwarding Request

Please note that the use of automatic mail forwarding is granted only under specific circumstances, outlined in the ICT Service's Policy Document. If you have not done so already, please read this document first so you understand if, and how, autoforwarding can be handled for you. Then, if appropriate, fill out the form below.

In any case, we do suggest, whenever possible, that you take advantage of the "universal availability" of Office 365 Outlook Web App (Webmail)--with all of the advantages this offers you--rather than using autoforwarding.

  • Do you wish to leave a copy of all mail at your EUI e-mail address? Yes   No
    *Choose 'Account expiration' in any date field if you are definitively leaving the Institute. Forwarding will continue accordingly until your EUI account expires. Otherwise, note that forwarding will not automatically be cancelled on the end date you indicate. You must explicitly request that the service be turned off when you do not need it anymore.

Remember (see Policy):

  • Requests must be submitted at least 10 working days in advance of the date that forwarding is to start (or end).

  • Once a request is received, the forwarding service will initiate, or be terminated, within the time frame specified in the Policy statement.

  • Termination of autoforwarding will not occur earlier than 60 days from the date of initiation of the service.

  • Forwarding will not be set up towards more than one alternative address at the same time. If autoforwarding is already in operation on your EUI e-mail account, a further activation request will not be accepted.
